Excitron's extremely compact stepper motors with integrated spur gear reduction. High gear ratios produce 1-3 rev/sec output with considerable torque--25-50 oz-in.Use for camera rotation, small door open/lock mechanisms, miniature actuators, small leadscrews, and hundreds more applications. These gear motors are great replacements for solenoids! A geared stepper motor provides very long life and consistent reliable operation. Backlash is 1-3 degrees, and add a simple spring to reduce backlash to zero. Two mounting ears provided. These gear motors are unipolar 5Vdc and 7.5 deg/step.The SGM25-25-30 is 25mm in diameter and has a 30:1 gear reducuction for much higher torque. Download this part for all dimensions.
