Ideal for drilling water cooling holes in pin for both ejector and core pin use. Pins can be worked for special core geometry and then IOSSO Metal Process (r) coated to ensure wear resistance and smooth operation. Standard Hardness core pins are available in lengths of 3", 6", 10", 14", and 18". Lengths up to 40" and metric sizes are available upon request.

Superior Ejector Step Pins are made of through hardened and precision ground H-13 tool steel alloy material. All are nitride surface coated for increased hardness and wear resistance. Glide coat or IOSSO (r) coating option is also offered. Available in stock lengths of 4", 6", 8", and 10". Oversize .005" on the D1 diameter is also available on the 6", 8", and 10" sizes.

These Superior quality stepped sprue puller pins feature thermal shock resistant H-13 alloy steel. Higher tensile strength characteristics in these pins are a result of the uniform grain flow from a hot forging process.
